The founding team are mainly from the TOP 5 companies in the industry, such as lithium battery and PV, and the core team members cover the positions of  structural design, electrical design, sales and supply chain. Founding member capabilities are highly complementary. 
The core R & D team is mainly composed of 8 people, including 1 doctor, 2 masters and 5 junior colleges. 
At the same time, the company has established good industry university research cooperation relations with Shanghai SIC-CAS, Ningbo University, Shanghai University of Electric Power, Shanghai Institute of Technology, etc.
