The advantage of lithium-ion batteries is their high specific energy, which is currently the battery with the highest specific energy. In 1995, Sony Corporation successfully developed lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles, which can be divided into two types: one is high-energy lithium-ion batteries, and the other is battery modules in which multiple monomers are connected in series. (1) Change the negative electrode material carbon to graphite to make the discharge voltage more stable.
(2) The manufacturing method of the negative plate is improved, so that the active material can reach a high packing density.
(3) The type and concentration of the electrolyte are improved, so that it can suppress the delamination of thin aluminum flakes for a long time, and at the same time improve the performance of the battery.
(4) Improved leakage resistance through optimum ratio of polymer to solute ratio.
