1. Daily inspection

b. Binding post, wire, cover
The junction of the battery terminal and the connection with the wire must be checked frequently for corrosion caused by oxidation, and at the same time, check whether the cover is deformed and whether there is heat.
c. Appearance
If the surface of the battery is dirty, it will cause leakage. The surface of the battery should be kept clean and dry at any time.

2. Maintenance
a. Add water
Add distilled water according to the specified liquid level. Do not add too much distilled water in order to prolong the water-adding interval. If too much water is added, the electrolyte will overflow and cause leakage.
b. Charging
The battery will generate gas during the charging process. The charging site should be well ventilated and there is no open fire around. At the same time, the oxygen and acid gas generated during the charging process will affect the surrounding area. Unplugging the charging plug during charging will cause an arc, so turn off the charger before unplugging. After charging, there is a lot of hydrogen remaining around the battery, no open flame is allowed, and the cover on the battery should be opened for charging.
c. The maintenance of terminals, wires and covers must be carried out by professional technicians designated by the manufacturer.
d. If it is not too dirty, you can wipe it with a damp cloth. If it is very dirty, remove the battery from the car, wash it with water and let it dry naturally.
3. Storage
a. Storage place
It cannot be short-circuited. Short-circuiting caused by rain may cause fire and may generate a small amount of hydrogen. Therefore, the battery must be stored in a ventilated and cool place.
b. Used batteries
The used battery still has electric energy and should be stored according to the storage method of the battery used.
